Refund policy
Fresh Knife does not accept returns. FreshKnife only accepts exchanges of new merchandise as long as the following conditions are met.
- Item must be return in its original packaging.
- The items must not have been tried, used or damaged in any way.
-Â The exchange request needs to be done within the first 15 days following the delivery of the order.

In order to proceed to an exchange, the customer must obtain a written reference number and mark that number on the package. In order to receive a reference number, please contact us by email at info@freshknife.ca or by telephone. Please specify the order number and the item(s) that you would like to exchange. We will respond within an expeditious manner to provide the reference number.
The customer is responsible for the shipping fees when exchanging an item as well as all duties and taxes associated with the shipment. If the returned item for exchange are not in the condition described above, the item(s), will be shipped back at the customer expense. Shipping insurance for loss in transportation is at the cost of the customer as well. All discounted items are considered final sales and can not be exchanged under any circumstances. Fresh Knife reserves itself the right to refuse any exchanges that do not meet the standards elaborated above or that have been shipped back without a valid reference number.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
